Michael has overall responsibility for all services provided to our clients. He is available at any time to consult with clients on any compliance or planning issues. Michael established M Group, LLP in 2008 to provide audit, tax and consulting services to the real estate industry. Prior to establishing M Group, Michael was a tax and audit partner for 10 years at Thomas Stephen & Company, LLP, specializing in serving affordable housing providers throughout the United States. Michael has an extensive background working with real estate developers, investors, lenders, builders and property managers throughout the United States. He has over twenty years public accounting experience serving partnerships, limited liability companies, closely held corporations and non-profit clients throughout audit, tax and consulting engagements. Michael has extensive experience advising clients structuring acquisition, development, financing and syndication transactions. Michael works closely with lenders and investors through the entire development, construction and operating phases to ensure the best interests of clients are served. Michael began his professional career with the national accounting firm of Pannell Kerr Forster.
